Responsibilities : -

- Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle from booking to possession.
- Issue Welcome Letters and Welcome Emails to customers.
- Collect, verify, and maintain KYC documentation.
- Follow up with customers for pending dues, payment schedules, and loan disbursements.
- Generate and issue demand notes as per construction milestones and ensure timely collections.
- Recover outstanding payments through proactive customer follow-ups.
- Share pre-intimation and work completion updates to facilitate advance fund planning.
- Issue payment receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
- Coordinate agreement execution, stamp duty, registration, and possession-related formalities.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing and disbursements.
- Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports and customer records.
- Address customer queries, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and CRM for seamless customer service.

Desired profile of the candidate : -

- 2-4 years of experience in Post-Sales CRM, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling customer documentation, KYC, agreements, registrations, and payment collections.
- Valuable understanding of home loan processing and coordination with banks/financial institutions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data management.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, resolve escalations, and work under deadlines.
- Team player with effective coordination skills across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
