Summary:

looking for a Technical Application Executive with a Food Technology background to support application development for food ingredients. The role involves conducting product applications, managing customer projects, and coordinating samples and documentation.

The candidate will provide technical support to customers across the Beverage, Dairy, and Confectionery segments. They will work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution and commercialization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct application trials and develop food ingredient solutions for Beverage, Dairy, and Confectionery products.
- Prepare prototypes, formulations, and application samples based on customer requirements.
- Evaluate ingredient performance and provide technical recommendations to customers and the sales team.
- Manage customer projects received from the sales team and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate sample preparation and dispatch in line with approved project requirements.




- Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, trial results, customer feedback, and project records.
- Track project timelines and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide technical support to the sales team for business development activities.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application support during customer meetings.
- Visit customer sites for troubleshooting, technical assistance, and product demonstrations when required.
- Support the conversion of customer opportunities into commercial business.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, roadshows, seminars, and supplier-led promotional events.
- Coordinate with suppliers for technical presentations, application guidance, and joint customer engagements.
- Promote food ingredient solutions and support current product commercialization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in food ingredient applications, preferably in Beverage, Dairy, or Confectionery segments.
- Experience in the B2B food ingredients industry is preferred.
