Job Description Tender & Proposal Manager
Job Scope:
Lead end to end tendering process from pre-qualification to Invitation to Tender submission
and final contract award
Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring a smooth transition
from bid to execution
Review tender documents, proposals and RFP responses prepared by Tender & Proposal
Executive
Ensure proposals meet client requirements and adhere to compliance and deadlines
Develop accurate cost calculations, pricing models, and project budgets
Formulate commercial strategies and review terms and conditions (e.g., EPC, EPCI, or T&I; contracts)
Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and promptly update significant changes
in the tender process




Collaborate with Business Development and Legal teams during contract negotiations
Responsible for driving approvals from executive management for tenders and contracts

Requirements:
5-8 years of relevant industry experience with a focus in commercial and contractual matters
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in a commercial discipline or engineering
preferred
Proven experience in contract negotiations and stakeholder management
Possess robust interpersonal and communications skills
Proficient in written and conversational English
