Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable eyewear solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting prescription frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories based on their lifestyle and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling and relationship building.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle billing, order processing, customer records, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Optometrist and workshop team to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented as per luxury retail guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product displays.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3years of experience in eyewear or optical retail sales is mandatory.
- Experience with premium optical retailers will be preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
