KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responding to technical issues and escalating them to the engineering team when necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related problems.
- Providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders regarding production performance and any resulting issues.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of production support activities.
- Maintaining open communication with the engineering team and stakeholders regarding production status and any issues that arise.

QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree (BSc/BTech) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise:




- - Candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MSSQL and JavaScript/jQuery
- Solid understanding of production support environments, including incident resolution and root cause analysis processes

- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to or prior experience in the Payment domain is highly desirable
