Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive/Officer with a strong background in Corporate Car Rental and Employee Transportation Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for car rental and employee transportation services.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their transportation requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.




- Generate recent business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Candidate Requirements

- 510 years of experience in Business Development within the Corporate Car Rental or Employee Transportation industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
