- Handle restoration drill activities of ICICIBANK applications.
- 30% technical and 70% coordination/communication. ( On meeting, calls and e-mails)
- Good understanding of application support, production support, Windows workplace, Linux environment, and Oracle/SQL Database.
- Required candidate profile
- Excellent communication/coordination
- Should be ready to provide customer support over calls and meetings.
- Good in Linux, windows and excel.
- Good in application support and production support.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB
