We are hiring an experienced Global Operations Manager for our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Pune, India. In this role you will lead global operations and shared services delivery, driving process excellence, SLAs and continuous improvement across regions. You will work closely with global stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Requirements: minimum 3 years of relevant experience (senior leadership roles require significantly more), solid domain expertise and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site role.
