We are seeking a talented PHP Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience with proficient in Core PHP PHP 5 above MySQL and CakePHP 2 x 3 x The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performing web applications collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing creative ideas that enhance user experience and meet business goals Key Responsibilities Develop maintain and enhance dynamic web applications using Core PHP and CakePHP 2 0 3 0 frameworks Perform a detailed technical analysis of requirements and prepare comprehensive technical designs Help generate new and fresh concepts for improving application functionality and user experience Create engaging user-friendly websites that inspire users and align with business objectives Take advantage of emerging and evolving technologies to improve performance scalability and security Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Design and QA for smooth project execution and delivery Develop internal documentation including Project Plans Database Designs Functional Designs and other technical materials Ensure coding best practices version control discipline and adherence to project timelines Participate in code reviews testing and troubleshooting to maintain high software quality Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer-centered design and user experience principles Confidently present work progress and ideas to team members and stakeholders Continuously learn and apply new techniques and technologies to enhance development efficiency Required Skills Qualifications Strong proficiency in Core PHP and PHP 5 0 above Hands-on experience with CakePHP 2 x 3 x preferred Proficient in MySQL including database design optimization and complex queries Solid understanding of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript AJAX and responsive design principles Experience with MVC architecture and object-oriented programming OOP Familiarity with RESTful APIs Git and third-party integrations Excellent analytical debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
