to ZS What you ll do Solution Design Development Design configure and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components LWC Aura Components and Visualforce Define robust data models apply best practices in coding and configuration and implement trigger frameworks and modular architectures for scalable development Build and maintain API-led integrations using REST SOAP APIs Platform Events and middleware tools such as MuleSoft Boomi or Informatica Develop solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and with exposure to Agentforce Data Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud Technical Leadership Delivery Management Lead and mentor a team of 3-6 Salesforce developers provide technical guidance conduct code reviews and promote best practices Manage project delivery from India define technical tasks oversee execution and ensure quality and timely completion Collaborating with client stakeholders architects and functional leads to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives Client Interaction Communication Participate in requirements gathering discovery workshops and solution design sessions with business and IT teams Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Innovation Problem Solving Explore new Salesforce capabilities lead proof-of-concept POC initiatives and develop creative solutions for complex business challenges Stay current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends to proactively bring forward creative ideas Domain Expertise Preferred Experience with Life Sciences Pharma and MedTech Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud with an understanding of regulated data and compliance processes What you ll bring Strong analytical problem-solving and design-thinking skills Proven experience in leading teams and managing offshore delivery Excellent communication and client-facing abilities A curious innovation-driven
