We are looking for a highly experienced and talented Purchase Executive who have experience in similar industry RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Purchase of all interior materials like ply mdf paint tiles hardware electrical plumbing glass wood etc Responsible to source negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors Making Purchase orders and work orders Arrange samples call for quotations rate and payment terms negotiations and PO processing Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards delivery time best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation Proper material delivery tracking invoices processing payment follow ups problem solving abilities Vendor Contractor development Pan India Maintaining relationships with vendors third parties Assist with planning budgeting purchasing and scheduling of projects Implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements Current Vendor Development and Vendors Evaluation Collecting the competitive quotations and price negotiation Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Sourcing materials from vendors old and new -Negotiating commercial terms of offering-Preparing purchase orders ensuring timely delivery of material and clearing vendor s bills Coordinate with vendors on needed corrections or revisions Responsible for following up with the vendors for on time material delivery to meet project deliverables Required Experience and Qualifications Any graduate with relevant working experience from Interiors Fitout Industry 5 to 10 years of experience in managing procurement for Interior products projects or in various roles in Interior products companies Good communication in English written and verbal Looking for a competent Purchase Executive to monitor and ensure timely fulfilment of all procurement activities Good negotiator Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
