Job Title Project Engineer - Township Ultra-Luxury Residential Development Location Yercaud Tamil Nadu Salary 40000-60000 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer Civil to lead and oversee the execution of a premium township development consisting of ultra-luxury condos high-end residential homes sports recreation zones clubhouse roads and complete gated community infrastructure The Project Engineer will directly report to the Management and will supervise all civil activities from individual villa construction to multi-storey condo structures along with township infrastructure such as internal roads drainage utilities landscape development sports centres water sewage networks electrical ducting and community recreational spaces This role requires strong technical expertise leadership planning vendor coordination quality control and the ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams across a large project footprint Key Responsibilities Point-by-Point - Compact Technical A Township-Wide Planning Execution Oversee the civil execution of the entire township ensuring timely and quality construction across multiple work fronts Coordinate site phasing sequencing and micro-planning with the Project Manager for villas condos and amenities Prepare weekly monthly progress schedules resource charts and material forecasts for all zones B Ultra-Luxury Condominium Construction Review and manage structural works RCC frameworks formwork systems Mivan Conventional Aluminium for high-rise and mid-rise luxury buildings Supervise reinforcement detailing shuttering concrete pouring vertical alignment slab cycles and QC inspections Coordinate elevation treatments facade works balcony structural elements MEP shafts and waterproofing systems C High-End Villa Custom Home Construction Oversee end-to-end villa construction Plinth foundation works RCC framing or load-bearing structures Internal external masonry finishing Electrical plumbing fire-fighting coordination Landscape driveway execution Ensure customer house construction follows drawings specifications luxury finishing standards and committed handover timelines D Gated Community Infrastructure Amenities Lead construction of Sports complexes clubhouses swimming pools gyms leisure areas Internal roads WMM BT CC roads footpaths paver works Drainage stormwater manholes culverts rainwater recharge pits Water supply sewer networks overhead tanks sump construction Electrical HT LT ducting street lighting telecom conduits Coordinate with MEP landscape architects and structural consultants for amenity structures E Quality Control Safety Oversight Implement strict QA QC protocols across all construction stages structural finishing MEP integration and infrastructure works Conduct site inspections ensure compliance with IS codes NBC guidelines MORTH standards and project specifications Ensure robust safety practices PTW Permit to Work compliance and regular toolbox meetings F Contractor Vendor Manpower Management Supervise multiple contractors working simultaneously across the township Allocate manpower track labour productivity and ensure optimal utilization of site resources Evaluate contractor performance and verify RA bills measurements and BOQ-based work completion G Coordination Communication Work closely with Project Manager Architects structural consultants MEP teams Landscape consultants PMC QA QC departments Client relations team for customer-specific homes Attend review meetings provide progress reports identify delays and recommend corrective actions H Finishing Works Luxury Specifications Monitor premium finishes in condos and villas High-end flooring designer bathrooms wooden elements Modular kitchens premium hardware false ceiling systems Facade treatments glazing railing systems cladding Ensure material checks mock-up approvals and quality workmanship for luxury standards I Documentation Reporting Maintain all site documentation including DPRs WPRs MPRs Material consumption reports Quality checklists and RFI logs Contractor billing measurements Handover documentation for villas condos Present regular progress updates to the Project Manager and senior leadership Required Qualifications B E B Tech in Civil Engineering - mandatory Strong understanding of RCC building systems Mivan Aluminium formwork added advantage Township infrastructure roads utilities services Luxury finishing standards IS codes NBC and MORTH guidelines Experience Requirements 5 to 10 years of experience in Large-scale township projects Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
