We re looking for an experienced and motivated VoIP QA Engineer Key Responsibilities Proficient knowledge in telephony infrastructure and design including PBX VoIP and SIP trunking IVR SBC Media Gateways Clear concept of Manual Testing of VoIP Web Mobile App Testing and API Testing Expertise in creating test plans for system level subsystem level and feature level testing Proficient in writing test scenarios and test cases for comprehensive software testing including both positive and negative cases Additionally the candidates should have exposure to AI-driven testing approaches such as using AI tools for test case generation call flow analysis automation assistance in VoIP system Documentation skills positive interpersonal skills Self Driven Ownership of end-end delivery of assigned responsibilities Established knowledge of the practices and principles of telecommunication systems analysis planning design and problem resolution Experience in use of Softphones and IP Phones or any SIP traffic generating tool like SIPp tool Experience with Bug reporting in Agile framework using any bug tracking tools Proven troubleshooting skills utilizing protocol Analyzer applications such as WireShark Fiddler etc Having experience in mobile app testing UC Testing and Mobile VoIP dialer testing Requirements Skills Required Primary Understanding of SIP protocol network Understanding of PBX system features Basic Knowledge of RESTFUL Web Service HTTP protocol Knowledge of fs cli for how to check FreeSwitch logs or Asterisk logs Knowledge of Linux Networking concepts to basic troubleshooting Good organizational and problem understanding skills Good verbal and written communication skills Skills Required Secondary Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team Able to express work fluently with least hand-holding Knowledge Of UI test tools for Desktop applications like Selenium Cypress Playwrite etc Scripting Experience in Shell Perl Python Benefits Career growth learning opportunities Team-building fun work culture Performance bonuses as per company policy
