Field Sales Executive - Machine Tools Position Summary The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying developing and maintaining relationships with potential customers who require machine tools and related support services The role demands proactive market exploration customer engagement and conversion of leads into business opportunities Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential customers in the manufacturing engineering and related industries Establish and maintain solid business relationships with decision-makers and influencers Conduct field visits cold calls and follow-ups to generate qualified leads Understand customer requirements and present suitable machine tool solutions Coordinate with technical and service teams to provide product demonstrations and after-sales support Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and update CRM records regularly Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth Collect market intelligence including competitor activities and customer feedback Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and trade shows as required Required Qualifications Skills Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred 1-3 years of sales experience in industrial products preferably machine tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and trust quickly Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Basic knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes training will be provided Performance Indicators Number of qualified leads generated Customer visits and meetings conducted Conversion of leads into sales Revenue targets achieved Customer satisfaction and repeat business Job Types Full-time Contract Commission Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience B2B sales 1 year Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location Remote
