Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our office-based team The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations This role is critical to maintaining productivity by resolving technical glitches and providing prompt user support across the organization Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support for all IT-related queries and technical issues raised by staff Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network problems in a timely manner Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other office equipment Respond to system outages and escalate issues as necessary Manage user accounts email setup access rights and software licenses Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance Document all support requests resolutions and updates in the IT ticketing system Collaborate with external vendors for repairs warranties or specialized support Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection standards Requirements Proven experience in an IT support or technical support role Strong knowledge of Windows and or macOS operating systems Familiarity with office productivity tools Microsoft Office 365 Google Workspace etc Basic understanding of networking principles LAN WAN routers switches Excellent problem-solving diagnostic and analytical skills Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Diploma or degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Versatile schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Kharar Mohali Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
