About Kowo Workspaces At Kowo Workspaces we re redefining how professionals freelancers startups and businesses connect and thrive in Goa We believe in creating vibrant accessible and sustainable coworking environments where our community can focus on what they do best Role Overview As the Community Manager you ll be the face of Kowo Workspaces driving our mission of flexibility community and customer-centricity You will oversee the seamless operation of our coworking space fostering a thriving community while achieving key revenue and operational goals Key Responsibilities Community Building Engagement Create a collaborative welcoming and energetic environment for members through regular events workshops and networking opportunities Build robust relationships with members understanding their needs to deliver personalized support Partner with local businesses and organizations to enhance community offerings and engagement Sales Revenue Management Drive sales efforts including upselling and new member acquisition to meet or exceed revenue targets monthly quarterly and annually Manage renewals and collections efficiently ensuring timely payments and high retention rates Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or event spaces to members Operations Vendor Management Oversee the daily operations of the space ensuring it remains professional clean and inspiring Source and manage vendors obtaining competitive quotes to maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and promptly address any operational issues Customer Satisfaction Serve as a brand ambassador for Kowo by delivering exceptional customer service Drive client retention by maintaining a high level of member satisfaction through proactive engagement and quick resolution of concerns Regularly collect feedback to identify areas of improvement in services and member experience Team Collaboration Training Lead and inspire a small team fostering a positive and productive workplace culture Train and mentor team members to deliver consistent and excellent service Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute company initiatives and enhance member experience Brand Marketing Support marketing efforts by promoting events and engaging with the larger Goa business ecosystem Represent Kowo Workspaces at local events to build awareness and establish partnerships Qualifications 3 years of experience in hospitality sales or coworking space management Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an extroverted and approachable personality Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a customer-first mindset Passion for community-building and fostering meaningful connections Proficiency in CRM tools financial reporting and operational platforms experience with Odoo is a plus What We Offer A chance to be part of a growing coworking community in one of India s most vibrant locations Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment A collaborative and supportive team culture that values flexibility and creativity Location Preference Candidates must reside in or around Panjim Goa to ensure seamless coordination and accessibility to the workspace If you re ready to inspire engage and build a thriving community we d love to hear from you Job Type Full-time Pay 250 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Panjim Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Hospitality 2 years Preferred Location Panjim Goa Preferred Work Location In person
