We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our team The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design coordination installation and maintenance of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems in construction projects This role requires strong technical knowledge project management skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions Key Responsibilities Plan design and oversee the installation of mechanical HVAC electrical and plumbing systems for building projects Review tender documents drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements Prepare BOQ Bill of Quantities cost estimates and material specifications Coordinate with architects civil engineers and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly with building design Perform load calculations energy analysis and system sizing Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out according to design safety and quality standards Conduct testing commissioning and handover of MEP systems Identify and troubleshoot technical issues on site Ensure adherence to local codes international standards and statutory requirements Support in preparing progress reports as-built drawings and documentation Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience MEP 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
