ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ABOUT THE ROLE The session-wise Physiotherapist will provide physical therapy services to residents based on scheduled appointments or clinical referrals The focus is on maintaining and improving mobility managing pain and enhancing the overall quality of life of elderly residents RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct initial assessments of residents as per referrals Develop individualized treatment plans based on physical condition mobility level and medical history Deliver physiotherapy sessions focused on improving strength flexibility and balance Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Educate residents and caregivers on safe exercises and mobility techniques Maintain accurate documentation of sessions progress and outcomes Coordinate with the nursing team and physicians regarding resident care Report any concerns or changes in resident condition to the appropriate authority Session Details Duration 30-45 minutes Frequency Varies based on requirement Reporting Summary of sessions and progress to be submitted weekly Experience 2 to 5 years Job Types Full-time Part time Pay 250 00 - 500 00 per hour Work Location In person
