ABOUT AMGEN Amgen harnesses the best of biology and technology to fight the world s toughest diseases and make people s lives easier fuller and longer We discover develop manufacture and deliver innovative medicines to help millions of patients Amgen helped establish the biotechnology industry more than 40 years ago and remains on the cutting-edge of innovation using technology and human genetic data to push beyond what s known today ABOUT THE ROLE Role Description The role is responsible for configuring and developing Product Lifecycle Management PLM solutions as a member of the product team that builds and transforms technology capabilities that positively impact business outcomes The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing technology-driven solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud platform and has a passion for innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry Additionally collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the end-to-end software development lifecycle and a Scaled Agile practitioner This role demands the ability to deliver against key organizational strategic initiatives foster a collaborative environment and deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure Roles Responsibilities Work with Product Owners Service Owners and or delivery teams to ensure that requirements are well understood translated to technical solutions that matches delivery commitments Use 3DEXPERIENCE platform to configure solutions Write clean efficient and well-tested code Contribute and define business outcomes requirements technology solutions and services Maintain relationships and strong communication with the Technical and Business product owners validation engineers scrum masters and business analysts about PLM capabilities and solutions to ensure that all the stakeholders feel informed and engaged Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams including those in the US and other international locations Contribute to a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement Understand the decision-making process workflows and business and information needs of business partners and stakeholders Participate in stakeholder and other leadership meetings working with other parts of the organization and functional groups to ensure successful delivery Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends Ensure ongoing alignment with strategy compliance and regulatory requirements for technology investments and services Provide education to new team members on technology solutions in use Functional Skills Must-Have Skills Design plan and implement solutions using various 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities and integrating with key enterprise platforms Strong Technical Functional experience solutioning and supporting GxP applications across Engineering Clinical Commercial and Quality functions Demonstrated hands-on experience in configuring developing and managing technology solutions involving ENOVIA DELMIA CATIA Report Generator NETVIBES EKL and OTScript in a Cloud SaaS environment Strong hands-on experience with configuring and customizing solutions for Requirements CAD Risk EBOM MBOM Configuration Variants Recipe MPP Document and Change management Must have experience in creating solutions using Enterprise Integration Framework to integrate with enterprise systems such as Veeva vault SAP MES systems Strong experience and understanding of software configurations and propagation of configurations across tenants Experience with Git and Gitlab Must be familiar with middleware systems such as Mulesoft Boomi or Tibco Must be flexible and able to manage multiple activities and priorities with minimal direction in a rapidly changing and demanding environment Exceptional collaboration communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and build new partnerships Experience in applying technology best practice methodologies Scaled Agile SAFe Good-to-Have Skills Experience in a development role within a pharmaceutical or technology organization Knowledge of authoring reviewing and approving CSV documents Experience with data migration from various sources to 3DEXPERIENCE platforms Extensive experience in software development lifecycle Experience using and adoption of Scaled Agile Framework Protected Strong analytic critical-thinking and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment Broad working knowledge of key IS domains and layers Basic Qualifications and Experience Master s Degree degree with 5 -
