About Us Flax is a leading healthy food brand offering superbowls salads sandwiches wraps guilt-free desserts and more through our cloud kitchen model We are looking for a skilled Bakery Chef to join our central kitchen team Responsibilities Prepare and develop bakery dessert items as per brand standards Ensure consistency taste and presentation in all bakery products Innovate and contribute new healthy dessert recipes aligned with the brand Maintain hygiene food safety and quality standards in the bakery section Monitor ingredient usage stock levels and minimize wastage Support production planning and ensure timely dispatch of orders to outlets Train and guide junior staff in bakery operations Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Bakery CDP or DCDP Strong knowledge of bakery techniques desserts and healthy alternatives Ability to work in a fast-paced central kitchen setup Positive team player with leadership and time management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Work Location In person
