Homework Living is looking for an experienced Polish Supervisor to join our team The role requires a robust eye for detail and expertise in wood finishing and polishing techniques You will be responsible for supervising the polishing department ensuring top-quality finishes on furniture pieces managing a team of polishers and maintaining high production standards Key Responsibilities Oversee daily polishing and finishing operations Guide and train polishers to achieve consistent quality Inspect products to ensure flawless finishing before dispatch Manage workflow timelines and ensure targets are met Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness Requirements Proven experience in furniture polishing and finishing wood veneer lacquer PU etc Supervisory or team leader experience preferred Strong knowledge of materials stains and polish techniques Ability to manage a team and meet production deadlines Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship If you re passionate about fine furniture finishing and have the skills to lead a team we d love to hear from you Job Type Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Experience Polishing 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
