We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Excavator Operator to join our team The operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment primarily excavators to perform tasks such as digging loading trenching grading and material handling on construction mining or plant sites The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience strong attention to safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting Key Responsibilities Operate excavators and related heavy machinery safely and efficiently Perform digging grading trenching and loading tasks according to site plans and instructions Inspect and maintain equipment daily report malfunctions defects or required repairs Follow site safety procedures and comply with company and regulatory guidelines e g PPE use traffic rules Coordinate with site supervisors engineers and other operators for smooth workflow Conduct pre-start checks and routine lubrication refueling and minor adjustments Ensure excavation is carried out to correct depth angle and alignment as per project requirements Maintain productivity while minimizing fuel usage and machine wear Assist in site preparation backfilling and clearing debris when required Keep accurate records of work completed and report to supervisors Qualifications Proven experience as an Excavator Operator 2-5 years preferred Valid Heavy Equipment Operator license or certification as per local regulations Strong knowledge of construction mining or plant site safety procedures Ability to read site plans drawings and grade specifications Physical fitness to perform outdoor labor-intensive tasks Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude Willingness to work in shifts weekends or extended hours if project requires Skills Expertise in operating hydraulic excavators and attachments e g rock breakers augers buckets Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Communication and teamwork skills Safety-first mindset with attention to detail Time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Work Location In person
