Precision Grow A Unit of Tech Visit IT Pvt Ltd www precisiongrow co in http www precisiongrow co in is an innovative AgriTech company dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions and services to clients We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our team and help drive the development of robust scalable backend systems Key Responsibilities Backend Development Develop test and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot Spring Core and Spring Security including JWT implementation for secure and scalable services Database Management Design and manage relational databases MySQL Oracle and non-relational databases MongoDB Firebase to ensure high performance reliability and data integrity API Development Create and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems Integration Integrate various backend services and external systems ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization Authentication Authorization Implement and maintain authentication and authorization protocols for web and mobile applications Troubleshooting Debugging Identify troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to maintain a seamless user experience and application uptime Code Optimization Optimize backend services for speed scalability and efficiency Collaboration Work closely with front-end developers designers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality cohesive solutions Documentation Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for backend systems and APIs Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends technologies and best practices Required Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Experience Proven experience as a Backend Developer Technical Skills Proficiency in Java Spring Boot Spring Core and Spring Security Experience with relational databases MySQL Oracle and non-relational databases MongoDB Firebase Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms JWT OAuth etc Understanding of version control systems e g Git Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team Player Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden) Expected Start Date 01 10 2025
