Job Summary We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience in executing high-impact digital campaigns This role will also involve mentoring a Graphic Design Intern ensuring brand consistency across creatives and guiding visual content development in line with marketing goals Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns SEO SEM Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Manage and grow engagement across social platforms Instagram LinkedIn Facebook YouTube Optimize website and content for search engines and performance Design and run email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp Sendinblue or Zoho Monitor and report KPIs using Google Analytics Search Console and Data Studio Coordinate A B testing for ads and landing pages Support marketing automation and CRM integration e g HubSpot Zoho CRM Team Collaboration Mentoring Work closely with the content sales and product teams to ensure marketing alignment Mentor and guide the Graphic Design Intern on design briefs brand guidelines and creative direction Review creatives and provide constructive feedback to enhance brand impact and visual appeal Ensure timely delivery of creative assets in line with campaign timelines Desired Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field 2 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution Proven track record in managing paid campaigns and social media growth Strong grasp of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics Experience with design tools basic use of Canva Figma is a plus Ability to communicate creative vision and design standards effectively Prior experience in mentoring team collaboration or creative leadership is desirable Bonus Skills Preferred but not Mandatory Google Ads Meta Blueprint or HubSpot certification Knowledge of UI UX best practices or basic HTML CSS Experience in B2B or health-tech sectors Job Type Full time Pay 17 500 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 10 2025 Expected Start Date 01 10 2025
