Position Title Performance Marketing Executive Department Marketing - Performance Marketing Team Reports To Marketing Manager Location Hyderabad India About the Role At Autocracy Machinery we provide the opportunity to plan execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across performance-driven platforms As a Performance Marketing Executive you will work closely with the Marketing Manager SEO Website Team and Content Creative Team to deliver measurable lead generation conversion optimization and ROI-focused campaigns You will be responsible for managing campaigns on Google Ads YouTube Ads Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads while monitoring analytics performance metrics and conversion funnels Purpose To drive high-quality leads conversions and measurable business results through performance-oriented digital campaigns Your work will support Autocracy Machinery s marketing objectives help optimize digital spend and ensure maximum ROI from paid campaigns The Work You ll Do In this role you will Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads YouTube Ads Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads Collaborate with the SEO Website Team to create optimized landing pages and track conversion performance Work with Content Creative Team to develop ad copies visuals and videos aligned with campaign goals Monitor analyze and report campaign performance identifying trends and actionable insights Implement A B testing strategies for ad creatives copy and landing pages to maximize conversions Track ROI cost-per-click CPC cost-per-lead CPL and other key KPIs Manage budgets efficiently to maximize results within allocated spend Stay updated with digital marketing trends platform updates and industry best practices Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for strategic planning and reporting Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising platform policies and company guidelines Key Responsibilities Execute performance-driven digital campaigns on Google Ads YouTube Ads Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads Track measure and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools Develop and test ad creatives messaging and targeting strategies to improve ROI Work closely with the Content Creative Team to ensure ad copies and creatives align with campaign objectives Optimize landing pages in collaboration with SEO Website Team to increase conversions Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize performance Analyze campaign data prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to the Marketing Manager Research emerging tools trends and opportunities in paid digital advertising Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives Key Requirements 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing Hands-on experience with Google Ads YouTube Ads Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking and optimizing campaign KPIs Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail Knowledge of A B testing conversion rate optimization and ROI-driven strategies Collaboration skills to work with content creative SEO and website teams Proficiency in analytics tools Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Data Studio Robust communication and reporting skills for internal stakeholders Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communication or related field preferred Self-motivated results-driven and proactive in identifying performance improvement opportunities The Team You will be part of the Performance Marketing Team reporting directly to the Marketing Manager The team works closely with the SEO Website Team Content Creative Team and Marketing PR Coordinator to ensure campaigns drive measurable results optimized spending and high-quality lead generation for Autocracy Machinery Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Expected Start Date 15 10 2025
