Job Title SAP Data Migration Consultant - LTMC LTMOM Experience Required 4 - 6 Years Role On Contract Work Mode Work from home Location Bangalore HSR Layout Work from home- with travel to the Bangalore office as and when required and Preferably candidates from South Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S 4HANA Migration Cockpit LTMC and Legacy System Migration Workbench LTMOM The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and supporting data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S 4HANA ensuring data accuracy completeness and integrity Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC LTMOM Analyze legacy data and map it to SAP data structures ensuring alignment with business requirements Prepare migration objects templates and transformation rules for SAP S 4HANA migration projects Perform data extraction cleansing validation and reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP Collaborate with functional consultants to understand master and transactional data requirements Monitor troubleshoot and resolve migration errors during data loads Develop and maintain migration-related documentation including test scripts mappings and migration logs Support cutover and go-live activities ensuring smooth transition of data to SAP S 4HANA Provide post-migration support for data-related issues Required Skills Solid experience with SAP S 4HANA Migration Cockpit LTMC and LTMOM Expertise in data mapping transformation and data validation Good understanding of SAP Master Data Material Customer Vendor etc and Transactional Data migration Knowledge of SAP modules like MM SD FI CO PP PM is a plus Proficiency in Excel CSV or other data formats used for migration Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with cutover planning and go-live support Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field SAP S 4HANA migration project experience of minimum 4-6 years SAP certification in Data Migration S 4HANA or relevant modules is desirable Behavioral Competencies Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Attention to detail and commitment to data quality Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple migration activities simultaneously
