regulated production and the quality management system This candidate will be responsible for Quality oversight for Aircraft Support Agreement ASA Program activities at Customer base comprising of implementation of QMS system incoming outgoing inspections for both Boeing supplied parts components as well as those coming directly from Suppliers worldwide into our warehouses periodic internal quality audits Supplier performance oversight Position Responsibilities Associated Skills Technical Knowledge Understanding of defense aircraft parts and assemblies including their specifications materials and manufacturing processes Proficiency in interpreting specifications and technical documentation related to the inspected components Inspection Techniques Proficiency in using various inspection techniques tools equipment and processes Ability to perform visual inspections dimensional measurements and functional tests to ensure compliance with requirements Calibration Procedures Knowledge and understanding of calibration procedures for various types of equipment including measurement instruments test equipment and tools Ability to follow established calibration procedures accurately and efficiently Calibration Standards and Traceability Familiarity with calibration standards and traceability requirements including national and international standards such as ISO IEC 17025 Understanding the importance of maintaining traceability to recognized standards and ensuring accurate and reliable measurements Knowledge of relevant regulations standards and industry best practices related to Aerospace quality system internal audits and supplier performance management Quality Standards and Regulations Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations specific to auditing and supplier management approaches Data Analysis and Reporting Proficiency in analyzing performance data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement Ability to prepare comprehensive internal QMS audits of various aspects of a quality system in Aerospace or Automotive domains associated with engineering operations or quality 3 years of experience in production system and or process improvements i e Lean improve job practices techniques and standards 3 years of experience with QMS Quality Management System and AS9100 2 years of experience with precision measurement
