Key Responsibilities Assess patients physical emotional developmental and psychological condition Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals Provide therapy to improve patients abilities in daily living activities ADLs like dressing grooming and eating Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment like wheelchairs splints or dressing aids Monitor and document progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients families and caregivers about care plans and how to support recovery at home Collaborate with physicians physiotherapists speech therapists psychologists and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely records and reports as per regulatory guidelines Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient care planning Stay updated with developments in occupational therapy and rehabilitation Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Registered with relevant Occupational Therapy Council or licensing board Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred fresher may be considered Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills Ability to work empathetically and patiently with individuals with varying disabilities Job Type Full time Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
