Job Summary We are hiring an AR Caller to join our revenue cycle management RCM team The role involves calling insurance companies in the US to follow up on outstanding claims resolve denials and ensure timely payments Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to resolve pending claims Analyze and work on insurance denials rejections and claims not paid properly Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits EOBs and take necessary action Document all calls and actions taken accurately in the system Follow up on the assigned accounts to ensure timely resolution and closure Meet daily weekly monthly targets for call volume and resolution Coordinate with the internal billing team to escalate or resolve any claim issues Key Skills Required Good communication skills in English verbal and written Knowledge of US healthcare and insurance terminology preferred Understanding of denials EOBs insurance follow-up process Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills Qualifications Graduate Diploma holder any discipline 0 to 2 years of experience in AR calling or US healthcare freshers with valuable communication skills can apply Willing to work in night shifts Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
