Organisation One of the leading manufacturer and exporter of Industrial oils Role Senior Manager - R D Experience 10 - 15 Years Location Mumbai Job Responsibilities To develop new semisynthetic neat MWF products based on business needs and feedback received from time to time To upgrade product formulations to improve their performance meeting the changing needs To drive the cost reduction programmes by exploring alternate raw materials and blend optimisations New raw materials identification and recent vendor development to improve the business profitability All projects to be driven thru RDnL software HSSE commitments To assess product HSSE needs and to improve compliance To study and explore more environment friendly raw materials as a replacement to existing RMs Condition Monitoring Services - Recommendations to improve service life Provide Trend analysis Improve response time continuously Competitor sample analysis and providing comparative reports recommendations Periodic RM evaluations and their quality review Responsible for calibration of laboratory equipment Quality System 9001 commitments Follow all applicable Procedures and Work Instructions so as to comply with the Grodal quality manual system Update all the Product MSDS and TDS Performs any other work assignments as directed by Head - R D Lubricants
