with deep expertise in Generative AI to lead the design development and deployment of intelligent automation solutions This role involves architecting scalable automation frameworks that integrate Gen AI technologies to enhance business processes improve efficiency and drive innovation Provide best-in-class production support to ensure that all automation services are reliable and highly automated and operations run smoothly Maintain ownership of the resolution of complex technical problems including debugging simulations tools and script development for problem diagnosis troubleshooting and reproduction Proactively strive to improve the operation and meet contractual Service Level Agreements SLAs by improving existing processes and automation What will your job look like 1 Gen AI Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions leveraging Gen AI models e g LLMs image video generation code generation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions Develop and maintain architecture blueprints standards and best practices for Gen AI-powered automation Evaluate and integrate Gen AI platforms and tools e g OpenAI Azure AI Hugging Face etc Ensure security scalability and compliance of AI-driven automation systems Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams 2 Production Support Responsible for running day-to-day production support and handling incidents and service requests Responsible for the reliability availability performance monitoring and incident response of the automation systems and services Contribute to the resolution of production issues and critical incidents within the SLA Identify risks and support in mitigating technical aspects 3 Automation Proactively and continuously strive to improve operations by automating manual processes improving existing processes minimizing complexity reducing time to response and increasing service reliability and customer satisfaction Analyze production issues from the business and application perspective perform impact assessment contribute to Root Cause Analysis and outline corrective actions Provide fixes and verify changes to ensure continued operability of the automation solution Perform the day-to-day maintenance with a focus on reducing technical debt of the automations while maintaining a high degree of system availability Strive to improve the deployment process to minimize the impact on customer business Perform design development testing and maintenance of tools automations based on microservices approach using agile methodologies and RPA tools Provide operational input as and when required to the development team to design develop modify and troubleshoot software solutions and configurations to ensure that the product solution performs within optimal design specifications Ensure that the solution is maintainable and scalable Actively bringing ideas for improvement to the relevant parties Enhance knowledge and capabilities in the relevant tools and best practices 4 Quality and SLAs Be aware of automation SLAs confirming that all activities performed support SLA achievement and do not reduce the level of service Ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time and that delivery timelines are met as per the quality targets of the organization 5 Culture processes Share knowledge with team members All you need is Bachelor s degree in Science IT Computing or equivalent Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation must UiPath and tools Proven experience in automation architecture and enterprise automation tools e g UiPath Automation Anywhere Power Automate In-depth knowledge of Generative AI technologies including prompt engineering model fine-tuning and deployment Strong programming skills in Python JavaScript or similar languages Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure AWS GCP and ML Ops practices Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills Awareness of programming concepts and ability to write software code in at least one programming language Able to write code in Python and other similar development
