Job Title Export Shipping Manager Company VNV Foods Pvt Ltd Location Garden Colony Lawrence Road Amritsar Reporting To Operations Head Director CEO Employment Type Full-time Job Summary VNV Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Shipping Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all domestic and international shipping operations ensuring timely deliveries accurate documentation and full compliance with trade regulations Key Responsibilities Plan and manage all outbound shipments road sea air including booking scheduling and dispatch coordination Liaise with freight forwarders transporters customs agents and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as invoices packing lists bill of lading certificate of origin etc Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and incoterms for both domestic and export shipments Monitor and track shipments proactively resolving delays or issues with carriers and vendors Maintain accurate records and shipping reports for audits and internal reviews Lead and supervise a small team ensuring smooth coordination and task allocation Contribute to process improvements for logistics efficiency and cost control Required Qualifications Experience Educational Qualification Postgraduate in any stream preferably in Logistics Commerce or Business Administration Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics coordination Skills Strong understanding of export documentation and compliance Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office and ERP logistics software Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously Job Details Salary Negotiable based on experience and skillset Work Timings 10 15 AM to 7 30 PM Working Days Monday to Saturday To Apply Send your resume to hr vnvfoods in or contact us at (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
