JOB AT SAINI ELECTRONICS SECURITY SYSTEMS We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Hydrant System Installation Commissioning Engineer to lead the installation testing and commissioning of fire hydrant systems on-site The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with piping networks pumps fire safety components and electrical integration for firefighting systems Key Responsibilities 1 Installation Tasks Lay and fit fire hydrant pipe networks MS GI HDPE Install hydrant valves hose reels fire brigade inlets pressure gauges and nozzles Erect and align fire pumps jockey main and diesel and control panels Install sprinkler systems and fire water storage tanks underground and overhead Ensure installations are in line with drawings codes and safety standards 2 Testing Commissioning Perform hydrostatic pressure testing of hydrant and sprinkler pipelines Conduct flow rate and pressure performance tests of fire pumps Validate electrical panel functionality auto manual operations Carry out flushing charging and final commissioning of the system Prepare document and submit commissioning reports and certifications Technical Skills Required Strong knowledge of fire hydrant and sprinkler system layouts isometric schematic drawings Familiarity with various valves pumps gauges fire safety nozzles and accessories Skilled in pipe threading welding drilling and mechanical fitting tools Basic electrical know-how for integration and troubleshooting of control panels and pump starters Ability to identify and resolve issues during system testing and commissioning Qualifications Experience Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Fire Safety Electrical Engineering or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in fire protection system installation and commissioning Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards e g NFPA IS NBC is an advantage Certification in fire safety systems or pump systems is preferred Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Weekend availability Work Location In person
