Key Responsibilities Visit customers for loan recovery as per the daily collection list Follow up with delinquent customers and convince them for payment Collect cash cheques DDs and deposit the same to the branch account Update payment status and report collection progress to the manager Maintain cordial relationships with customers while adhering to collection ethics Escalate non-responsive or problematic cases to the senior team Ensure proper documentation of receipts and follow NBFC compliance standards Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification 10th pass 12th or Degree preferred Prior experience in collections or field work is an advantage Good communication skills in local language Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred Familiar with the local area and routes Working Hours Part-time basis with adaptable timings as per collection schedule e g 3-4 hours day 6 days a week Salary Fixed Attractive Incentives on collection performance Job Type Part-time Pay 7 500 00 - 8 000 00 per month Expected hours No more than 24 per week Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
