We are hiring Business Development Manager Consumer Finance to lead and grow our Consumer Finance vertical The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding finance partnerships driving customer conversions through financing and supporting store teams in executing finance-related processes Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Modern Finance Executives Bajaj HDB and others Drive finance sales and ensure smooth loan processing at stores Build strong relationships with NBFC partners and ensure timely updates on schemes and approvals Train and support store staff and finance executives on consumer finance procedures Monitor and report finance performance metrics regularly Ensure customer satisfaction through quick and efficient financing support Skills and Qualification Required Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consumer finance or retail lending Experience managing third-party finance teams NBFCs preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel within the region as needed Job Location Malappuram Palakkad Salary 35000 - 45000 per month Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
