Job Title Assistant Cinematographer Location Dehradun Company Studio Underground Type Full time Freelance Internship Experience 1 year preferred Freshers with strong interest can apply About the Role Studio Underground is a dynamic production house creating ad films documentaries and digital content We are seeking a dedicated and technically sound Assistant Cinematographer to support our Director of Photography DOP in executing the visual style and technical aspects of our shoots Key Responsibilities Assist the DOP in setting up and operating camera equipment Help with lens changes focus pulling rigging and camera movements Coordinate with the lighting and grip teams to execute the visual plan Ensure all camera and support gear is maintained and handled properly Manage data wrangling and media backups on set if required Assist with shot continuity framing and on-set monitoring Stay alert to troubleshoot any technical issues with camera gear Maintain a smooth workflow between departments during shoots Requirements Basic knowledge of professional camera systems Canon Sony Blackmagic RED etc Understanding of camera operations lenses and support equipment Ability to work long hours and adapt to fast-paced shooting environments Strong team player with good communication and organizational skills Eagerness to learn and take feedback positively Willingness to travel and work on-location shoots Preferred Skills Experience using gimbals sliders and other camera support tools Familiarity with lighting equipment and on-set protocols Knowledge of file formats codecs and basic post-production workflows Passion for visual storytelling and cinematography What We Offer Hands-on experience working with experienced DOPs and directors A collaborative learning-focused work culture Exposure to a variety of formats including ads and documentaries Opportunities to grow within the cinematography team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
