Center Head - Pre-School Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Experience 5-8 Years How to Apply Interested candidates can apply via Indeed or share their resume at priya lifeeducare or call (phone hidden) We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead and manage our Pre-School center in Chennai The ideal candidate will be responsible for academic excellence operational efficiency staff management parent engagement and overall center growth Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the pre-school center Ensure smooth academic delivery and adherence to early childhood education standards Lead mentor and manage teaching and non-teaching staff Handle parent interactions admissions and grievance resolution Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and regulatory guidelines Plan and execute admissions strategies to meet enrollment targets Manage center budgets inventory and administrative processes Maintain a positive nurturing and child-friendly workplace Coordinate with management for reporting and performance reviews Organize events workshops and parent-teacher meetings Required Qualifications Skills Graduate Postgraduate in Education Child Development or related field Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Education preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-school operations or academic leadership Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Experience in admissions handling and parent counseling Good knowledge of preschool curriculum frameworks Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
