Role Objective To plan execute coordinate and monitor civil construction works in accordance with approved drawings specifications MES standards quality norms safety regulations and project timelines Key Responsibilities Overall execution of civil works including foundations RCC structural steel interfaces finishing and external development Interpretation and implementation of approved GFC drawings BOQs and technical specifications Coordination with client representatives PMC consultants and internal departments Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules bar charts MS Project Control of quantities measurement books and reconciliation of materials Review of method statements and execution methodology Monitoring subcontractors for productivity quality and safety compliance Ensuring adherence to MES specifications IS codes and contractual conditions Reporting daily weekly progress delays and resource deployment to management Preferred Skills Strong site coordination and decision-making ability Working knowledge of MES SSR CPWD specs and industrial EPC practices Familiarity with QA QC documentation and site safety coordination Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
