Job description We are looking for a dedicated and sharp Talent acquisition HR Recruiter to join our HR team at Alishan Green Energy Pvt Ltd The selected candidate will focus exclusively on recruitment-related tasks and help us in building a strong and capable workforce This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy as such candidates tend to be well-versed with sourcing screening and closing roles efficiently Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments technical non-technical Sourcing candidates via job portals social media references and field visits when needed Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews Coordinating interviews with department heads Following up with candidates till joining Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports Ensuring a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR operations team Who Can Apply Prior experience working with placement agencies or recruitment consultancies will be given preference Must have valuable command over English spoken and written Should be target-oriented proactive and organized Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with MS Office tools Excel Word Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate in HR Business Administration or any relevant field 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment Interested Candidate can drop their CV at - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
