Haleon Business Services Work Model Hybrid About Haleon Hello We re Haleon - a world-leading consumer health company Together we re improving everyday health for billions of people through a unique combination of trusted science and deep human understanding Our global portfolio includes category-leading brands such as Sensodyne Panadol Advil Voltaren Theraflu Otrivin and Centrum This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future It s an opportunity to be part of something special Purpose of the Role The Specialist will support the end-to-end management of outside counsel and related legal operations activities for the legal department Reporting to the Operations Manager this junior-level role is responsible for executing Outside Counsel Management processes supporting vendor lifecycle management and providing operational and administrative support to the legal team Key ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding and offboarding of external counsel ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards Assist in managing law firm performance including maintaining scorecards collecting feedback and coordinating training delivery Support the administration of outside counsel guidelines engagement terms and panel management processes Facilitate the RFP competitive bidding process for recent matters as required Manage matter intake triage and maintain records within legal technology platforms e g e-billing matter management Provide analysis and reporting on law firm performance spend and compliance Capture and organize regular feedback from lawyers and firms both substantive and compliance oriented Support legal document processing formatting and related administrative tasks Provide administrative assistance for raising Legal Department purchase orders POs and related procurement processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of OCM and legal operations activities Qualifications Essential Skills EducationGraduate degree in any discipline ExperienceUp to 6 years of experience ideally with exposure to operations and preferably legal operations Experience in vendor management or legal operations is preferred strong operations professionals from other domains will be considered Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook Excel and other productivity and collaboration tools Experience with contract management lifecycle software procurement software CRM software and workflow case management software is preferred Soft SkillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills both written and oral High attention to detail organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines Collaborative approach with proven ability to work effectively across legal operations and finance teams Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic deadline-driven environment Working Model Hours Hybrid role based in Bengaluru Primary coverage during India business hours with occasional alignment to early US business hours for critical legal support Job Posting End Date 2026-01-30 Equal Opportunities Haleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day It guides us in creating an inclusive culture where different backgrounds and views are valued and respected -
