across clients and geographies o Act as the central point of accountability for process harmonization integrity effectiveness and alignment to strategic sourcing goals and business requirements o Translate approved process designs into executable operating models including SOPs desktop procedures and supporting documentation oContinuous Improvement Transformation o Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through process analytics root cause analysis and stakeholder feedback o Investigate process performance and lead cross-functional design workshops to drive
