We are seeking an experienced Senior Chartered Accountant to lead financial operations ensure statutory compliance and provide strategic financial guidance to management and clients Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end accounting financial closure and finalization of accounts Oversee GST Income Tax TDS and other statutory compliances and assessments Manage and supervise internal statutory and tax audits Review and approve financial statements MIS reports and variance analysis Provide strategic tax planning and advisory to management clients Handle notices scrutiny and representations before tax authorities Lead and mentor accounting and finance teams review their work Establish and strengthen internal controls SOPs and compliance frameworks Support budgeting forecasting and cash flow management Act as a key point of contact for auditors regulators and senior stakeholders Required Skills Competencies Strong command over Accounting Standards Ind AS GST and Income Tax laws Proven leadership and team management experience Excellent analytical decision-making and stakeholder management skills High level of accuracy ownership and accountability Advanced working knowledge of ERP accounting systems Tally Zoho SAP etc Preferred Profile Experience in a leadership role within a CA firm or mid-to-large organization Strong client-handling and advisory exposure Experience in multi-entity or multi-location accounting is an added advantage Experience 5- 6 years Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 125 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Work from home Application Question s your current CTC Expected CTC your current location Experience Financial services 5 years Required Work Location In person
