Job Title Accounts Assistant Experience 1-3 years Location Oblique Designs Bangalore Department Finance Accounts Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with prior hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations The role involves maintaining accurate financial records in Tally supporting audits handling GST compliance and coordinating with internal teams and vendors Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts including sales purchase and expense entries Prepare and verify invoices debit credit notes and vouchers Handle accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements vendor accounts and customer ledgers Assist in GST compliance - GSTR-1 GSTR-3B reconciliation Support TDS calculations filings and challans Maintain statutory records and assist during audits Coordinate with vendors customers and internal sales teams for account clarifications Assist in monthly closing and basic MIS reports Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance 1-3 years of experience in an accounts or finance role Working knowledge of Tally Good understanding of GST TDS and basic compliance Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP basic formulas preferred Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Nice to Have Experience in B2B or trading manufacturing setup Exposure to inventory accounting Experience handling multiple GST numbers What We Offer Stable growth-oriented role Exposure to end-to-end accounting functions Supportive work environment Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 17 075 81 - 30 474 94 per month Work Location In person
