Impact and Scope - We seek dynamic engaging presenters with a proven ability to motivate others We are hiring faculties on full time basis at our Malleswaram office - In this role you will lead assigned classes and be trained to deliver our proven curriculum to help our students achieve their highest possible test scores in test like CAT IPMAT CLAT - Candidates MUST score well on our Aptitude Test Quants DILR to be eligible for an Interview and Demo Lecture Rounds Aptitude test requirement is waived of for candidates scoring 99 tile or more in CAT or 720 or more in GMAT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery of Instruction - Ability to mentor and engage students - Ability to learn our methodology and strategies quickly - Active and ongoing classroom management - Receive and respond to ongoing training development and feedback Student Service - Mentoring skills to help guide students of all levels achieve their highest scores on test day - Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise - Partner with our service and academics support staff to ensure student needs are met Subject Matter Expertise - Take various tests - both actual CAT and IMS internal tests as stipulated by the academic team - Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of tests including knowledge of test format dates offered test enrollment process and admissions timeline REQUIREMENTS - Previous training teaching experience preferred those with no experience but passion to teach and motivate will definitely be considered - Good Scores on any of the major test like CAT will definitely be an added advantage - Weekend availability required Job Type Full time Pay 75 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Application Question s This job requires working on weekends Please specify if you are available to work on Saturday and Sunday Have you taken CAT GMAT test Mention your CAT or GMAT score Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Teaching 3 years Required Work Location In person
