Role Senior Accountant We are looking for Senior Accountant who can perform Financial Reporting Analysis by being responsible for preparing accurate financial statements performing detailed financial analysis and supporting strategic decision-making This role ensures compliance with accounting standards strengthens financial controls and provides insightful reporting to management Financial Reporting Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP IFRS and internal accounting policies Lead month-end and year-end close activities related to cost and inventory Reconcile complex balance sheet and income statement accounts Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation Oversee and maintain cost accounting systems including standard costing and variance analysis Analyze manufacturing operational costs inventory valuation and cost of goods sold COGS Monitor and explain cost variances recommend corrective actions Product profitability and margin analysis Financial Analysis Planning Perform financial performance analysis and trend analysis Support budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes Develop management reports and dashboards for senior leadership Provide financial insights to operations procurement and management teams Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or MBA Finance or CA Intermediate 7-10 years of accounting experience including cost accounting Solid knowledge of cost accounting financial reporting and analysis Advanced Excel skills experience Manufacturing or project-based accounting experience Salary INR 6 to 7 5 Lakh per annum Negotiable based on the experience and skill Location Admabakkam Chennai - 600088 Contact (phone hidden) Sudharsan S Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 750 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Adambakkam Chennai Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Cost accounting 7 years Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 01 02 2026
