Candidate will handle the end-to-end supply chain by negotiating with suppliers and managing inventory This role requires robust communication negotiation skills and proficiency in TALLY ERP software Job Responsibilities PURCHASE SALES EXECUTIVE Purchase Identify evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms to ensure cost-effectiveness Prepare and process purchase orders POs and track deliveries Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment Resolve issues with suppliers including delays or damaged goods Sales Maintain accurate records in Tally Excel and provide sales reports Maintain Stock reports for audits on monthly basis Requirements Proven experience as a Purchase Sales Executive or similar role Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Tally Prime software Excellent analytical and organizational skills Bachelor s degree in Business Logistics or a related field preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
