Job Title Senior Accountant Location VD Global Shift Timings 08 30 AM to 06 30 PM Working Days Monday to Saturday Sundays off Leave Perks 15 Paid Festival Leaves per year Job Overview VD Global is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with expertise in accounting practices for India and Hong Kong The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of all aspects of accounting including tax filing and advanced accounting concepts The candidate should be highly skilled in maintaining financial records preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with both Indian and Hong Kong financial regulations Strong English proficiency is mandatory for this role Key Responsibilities Accounting and Bookkeeping Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger entries journal entries and bank reconciliations for both India and Hong Kong accounts Taxation Prepare and file income tax returns and other tax-related documentation for both Indian and Hong Kong jurisdictions Financial Reporting Prepare accurate financial statements and reports ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies Audit Preparation Assist in the preparation of financial audits ensuring that all records and reports are accurate and up to date Regulatory Compliance Ensure all accounting and financial operations are compliant with both Indian and Hong Kong accounting laws regulations and standards Cash Flow Management Oversee the company s cash flow ensuring optimal management of funds and timely payments and receipts Financial Analysis Provide financial analysis forecasting and budgeting to support strategic business decisions Coordination with External Parties Liaise with auditors tax authorities and financial institutions to resolve accounting-related issues Accounting Systems Management Maintain and update accounting systems and software for optimal performance and accuracy Documentation and Record Keeping Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of financial transactions and related files Required Skills Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting specifically with expertise in both Indian and Hong Kong accounting systems Advanced Accounting Knowledge Thorough understanding of both basic and advanced accounting principles including financial reporting tax filing and audit preparation Language Proficient in English both written and verbal for communication and reporting purposes Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Additional certifications such as CA or ACCA are a plus Technical Skills Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel with the ability to handle complex accounting functions Attention to Detail High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record keeping and reporting Problem-Solving Skills Ability to address complex accounting challenges and propose efficient solutions Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 4 years Required total work 7 years Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
