The HR Visa Filing Officer is responsible for managing human resource functions along with handling visa documentation and application processes The role requires coordination with employees candidates embassies and government authorities while ensuring compliance with company policies and immigration laws Key Responsibilities Human Resources HR Duties Manage employee records attendance and HR documentation Assist in recruitment shortlisting and interview coordination Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees Maintain payroll data leave records and staff files Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws and company rules Visa Filing Documentation Duties Prepare and file visa applications accurately and on time Collect verify and organize required documents from clients employees Coordinate with embassies consulates and visa service centers Track visa application status and update applicants regularly Handle student tourist work and dependent visa cases Maintain confidentiality of all visa and personal documents Skills Qualifications Experience in HR operations and visa processing preferred Knowledge of immigration and visa procedures Strong documentation and organizational skills Valuable communication skills in English and local language Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple cases Job Type Full-time Pay 11 461 15 - 39 076 60 per month Work Location In person
