Qualification B E B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field HVAC Systems Maintenance Oversee the operation of chillers AHUs FCUs cooling towers and exhaust systems Perform routine inspections including filter cleaning refrigerant level checks lubrication and belt tensioning Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical controls motor starters and VFDs Electrification Power Systems HT LT Transformers DG Sets Operate and maintain transformers HT breakers LT panels Conduct preventive maintenance of switchgear VCBs ACBs and protective relays Manage DG set operations including testing fuel management and synchronizing panels Ensure proper functioning of earthing and lightning protection systems Building Management System BMS Monitor and control HVAC lighting and security systems through BMS software Analyze data trends to improve performance and enhance energy efficiency Respond to alarms and troubleshoot DDC controllers sensors and actuators Fire Fighting Systems o Maintain fire pumps sprinkler systems hydrants and wet risers o Ensure fire alarm panels smoke detectors and fire suppression systems are operational o Conduct routine inspections and testing as per applicable safety codes Energy Conservation Efficiency Monitor energy consumption patterns and identify optimization opportunities Optimize power factor and reduce maximum demand Implement energy-saving initiatives such as VFD installations and lighting control systems Administration Safety Manage AMC vendors for specialized equipment and ensure service quality Maintain maintenance records logs and statutory compliance documentation Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols including LOTO and permit-to-work systems
