Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Netsuite solutions to optimize business processes and enhance system capabilities Oversee the integration of Netsuite modules such as Advance Revenue Management Multi Book Accounting and Core Setup to ensure seamless operations Provide expertise in PL SQL to develop and maintain complex queries and scripts for data management and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and publish dashboards using Netsuites analytics tools enabling data-driven decision-making Implement and manage Netsuite workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency across the organization Drive the Acquire to Retire process by ensuring accurate asset management and lifecycle tracking within Netsuite Support the Record to Report process by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards Facilitate the Procure to Pay process by optimizing procurement workflows and ensuring timely vendor payments Enhance the Order to Cash process by streamlining order management and ensuring timely invoicing and collections Utilize Generative AI to innovate and improve existing Netsuite functionalities providing cutting-edge solutions to business challenges Collaborate with stakeholders in the Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive sectors to tailor Netsuite solutions to industry-specific needs Ensure all solutions are aligned with the companys strategic goals and contribute to overall business growth Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Netsuite solutions Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Netsuite modules such as Advance Revenue Management and Multi Book Accounting Demonstrate proficiency in PL SQL for complex data management tasks Have a robust understanding of Generative AI and its application within Netsuite Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing or Automotive Industry is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
